We begin every session with breath work, which helps us transition from our usual day-to-day, to a space that prepares us to do the work.
Treatment is individualized, and developed collaboratively. In our initial sessions, we will work together to develop a plan and focus for the treatment. This focus is flexible and can shift over time.
