Working at Home

Individual Therapy

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” ― Aristotle

With work, school, family, daily tasks, and life stressors, it’s no reason we find ourselves at the bottom of our priority list.

I am here to support you during your process of becoming UN-stuck and free from negative thoughts to take action to bring your desired outcomes to fruition. In my experience, I have found that change happens with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, parts work, and EMDR.
We’ll work to solve current problems and increase desired thinking processes and behavior. In our mindful sessions, I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and support in cultivating valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.

Happy Couple

Couples Therapy

“Work on your relationships... Relationships need renewal or they die." — Bo Sanchez

Work and the responsibilities of life can leave us feeling exhausted. When we get home to our partner, we want that part to be what's easy and effortless. When unskillful, our relationships can become the source of our greatest stress. In our time together, we will focus on each of your unique needs within the relationship, and develop language to speak those needs. Very often, when there is dysfunction within the relationship, we can find ourselves confused about what our partner needs, and unsure of how we can meet them. Alternatively, we feel our partner doesn't understand us, and don't think we'll ever get our needs met. My goal is to facilitate a deepening the connection with yourself, and your partner.

Holding Hands

Pre-Marital and Marriage Counseling

Prepare/Enrich is a research based program used to support couples who are either planning on getting married, or recently married. This modality utilizes in depth assessments to determine strengths and growth areas for couples to work on.
The program comes with a couples workbook that acts as a reference couples can continuously return to when needed.

Your entire life is shaped by your relationship with your narcissistic parents. The group process is intended to encourage camaraderie, validation, and support for members who have experienced narcissistic wounds. To learn more, visit the Group Therapy page.
