I graduated with a Master's in Psychology, with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy, and a specialization in Drama Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. In 2017, with 10 years of experiences in the helping field, I opened the doors to my practice to folks in the North Seattle area — offering a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide you through life’s challenges and most trying times.
I care about your well-being and provide you with life-long skills to support mindful awareness in your life.
I began studying mindfulness when I was 9 years old, and dove more deeply into my own practice of meditation and healing in my early 20's. I have always had an affinity for the arts, starting from a very young age. My love for the arts and self expression has given me an outlet to express myself in a profound way that transcends words. My mindfulness practice and artistic self expression transformed my life. I share this journey, and incorporate it into my therapeutic process because I know it to be true, and healing.
When I'm not at work, I love to travel. Meeting people, and immersing myself in new cultures makes my soul dance and my heart sing. I also love to write, snowshoe, hike, take long strolls, explore new restaurants, play tennis, design clothes, sing, and spend quality time with friends and family.
