ABOUT

Change IS Possible. Here's Who Can Help You Get Started.

I graduated with a Master's in Psychology, a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy, and a specialization in Drama Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. In 2017, with 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I opened the doors to my practice to residents of Washington state  — offering a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide clients through life’s challenges and most trying times.

I began studying mindfulness when I was 9 years old, and dove more deeply into my own practice of meditation and healing in my early 20's. From a very young age, I have always had an affinity for the arts. My love for the arts and self expression has given me an outlet to express myself in a profound way that truly transcends words. My mindfulness practice and artistic self expression transformed my life. As a result, I share my journey as part of my therapeutic process in the hopes that it will help others in the same way that it helped me.

When I'm not at work, I love to spend time with my sweet pup, Rose. I also love to travel, write, sing, take long strolls, explore new restaurants with my partner, play tennis, and spend quality time with loved ones.
